We require MBA Marketing who can build our market / customer base which involves market understanding, branding, acquisition techniques, channels, PV ratio / analysis etc. If you think you have the right skills, passion for technology and with the inclination to join a start-up, only need apply.

Requirement:

• Candidate should have flair for selling.
• Should be target oriented and meet the required sales target.
• Willing to extend the shift or work during weekends to meet the target.
• Candidate should have good communication and negotiation skill.

Job roles:-

Sales and Marketing

• To develop and implement appropriate sales strategies and plans for the given region/area to achieve planned sales targets, while making sure that it is aligned to the overall sales strategy of the organization.
• Find new customers and explore areas for add-on services to grow business with existing and reliable customer base.
• To co-ordinate with regional sales / marketing development team to achieve budgeted quantities in alternate applications.
• To prepare action plan to develop business from assigned areas.
• Excellent business relationship with customers by making frequent visits, exploring new requirements, specific needs.
• To handle existing customers related to sales, Schedule Payments and
• Co-Ordinate with Accounts in solving the Payments/Debit related issues.
• AVendor Management
• SCM Management
• Technical requirements like know how on BSI/BIS or understanding on 5S/Six Sigma/TQM

Qualification:

Any grads with MBA from a reputed college. Fresher’s are welcome to apply but the min requirement is first class across all classes thru graduate and MBA.

Interview process – Carry all your marks lists from 10th std until your highest education, Project report and any additional certifications.

1 – Screening Call (upon selection)

2 – Technical round at our premises, which will consist of the following

Written– Logical Reasoning and Finance / Marketing skills (only upon selection will move to next round) Understanding of ECRM, ERP, and industry information is key.
