PCB Design Engineer

We are looking for passionate Electronics Hardware PCB Design Engineer (Fabrication knowledge for PCB Design is must) who are interested to experiment and experience on Hardware Designing. Number of Openings: 3

Qualification: B.E (EEE) or M.E (Applied Electronics/Power Electronics). Knowledge on fabrication is must for PCB Engineer.

Experience: 0 – 1 Year experience

Required Skill:

• Hardware design skills
• Good knowledge of any EDA / ECAD tool (Eagle / Orcad / Altium Designer/ KI-CAD)
• Schematic entry and design entry.
• Component footprint/library creation as per the industrial standards.
• Good knowledge of PCB types, design and fabrication process at prototype level and mass production level.
• Good knowledge of Auto Routers and Manual Routing techniques and best practices and also follow the IPC layout design standards.
• Responsible for complete CAM Process, Gerber, BOM, layout, fabrication & assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of IPC-2221/2222/7351.
• Strong background with through hole, SMT, and BGA technologies using dual-sided assemblies, and multilayer boards.
• Help resolve technical queries from PCB fabricators and contract manufacturers.
• Good soldering skill
• Good knowledge about microcontrollers and microprocessors
• Good knowledge about PCB Design and fabrication
• Good knowledge about various components and its packages
• Good logical thinking is required.

Candidate Requirement:

• Should possess good knowledge on Power Electronics, Driver Circuit, SMPS Design, Inverter Design, PCB Layout and Fabrication, Altium, Eagle and Cadence.
• Knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Component
• Basic knowledge on FPGA.

Interview process – Carry all your marks lists from 10th std until your highest education, Project report and any additional certifications.

1 – Screening Call (upon selection)

2 – Technical round at our premises, which will consist of the following

Written– Logical Reasoning and Technical (only upon selection will move to next round)

Trouble Shooting– work on an actual module or product and illustrate the gaps and or technical deviations

Components– understanding of components, testing process

PCB –design and fabrication (THT and SMT)

Face to Face Technical round
